Jonathan joined OCP Asia in June 2022 as a member of the Legal and Compliance team based in Sydney and focuses on transaction structuring. Jonathan previously spent three years with Herbert Smith Freehills in Sydney advising on a range of real estate, capital markets and special situations transactions. Prior to HSF, Jonathan spent eight years at Linklaters in London working in the Structured Finance Group.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honors) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Sydney (2009).
