June joined OCP Asia in January 2021 as a member of OCP Asia’s Legal and Compliance Department and focuses on transaction structuring. June previously spent over ten years in the Hong Kong and Beijing offices of White & Case advising on a broad spectrum of financing transactions involving leveraged and mezzanine financings, property-related financing, high-yield debt financing and structured financing.
June holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Law, minor in Finance) (Honors) and a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honors) from the University of Hong Kong (2007 and 2009) and completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (Distinction) at the University of Hong Kong (2010).
