Nathania joined OCP Asia in April 2024 as a member of OCP Asia’s Legal and Compliance Department and focuses on transaction structuring. Nathania previously spent seven years in the Jakarta, Singapore and London offices of Allen & Overy LLP advising on various financing transactions involving leveraged and acquisition financing, structured financing and real estate-related financing across Asia Pacific and the UK.
Nathania holds a Bachelor of Law from Universitas Pelita Harapan (2016) and a Master of Science in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford (2021).
